Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate client needs and progress toward therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adults who typically present with lower-acuity mental health issues, which can include stress management, mild anxiety, and relational challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of various mental health methodologies, as you will engage with a diverse population seeking support through their unique personal struggles.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this exciting position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current state license as either an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD, permitting you to practice independently without supervision.

• No disciplinary actions against your license.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with computer literacy to utilize virtual counseling tools effectively.

• A reliable and stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n
