Key Responsibilities Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care. Utilize solution-focused therapy and evidence-based treatment modalities to address client needs effectively. Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances and mental health challenges. Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships. Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary, and assist clients in cultivating healthy coping strategies. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings to enhance treatment approaches and share best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health needs. These clients may seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. By helping clients develop necessary skills and strategies, you contribute to their overall quality of life and mental resilience. Qualifications A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Possession of one of the following independent practice licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for effective client interactions. Proficient computer skills to navigate our integrated therapist platform and maintain patient records. Preferred Experience Experience in mental health counseling, particularly with adult populations, is preferred but not required. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
