Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine therapeutic needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing techniques tailored to the client's unique circumstances.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, concise clinical records in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Utilize telehealth technology and tools to deliver remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and contribute to an ongoing dialogue about clinical best practices.
• Stay informed about changes in mental health care practices and integrate new methodologies into your work as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele across the lifespan, including both adults and children. The scope of therapy ranges from individual counseling and couples therapy to family systems practices, enabling you to leverage your expertise in areas where you feel most competent and passionate. This position allows for the pursuit of specialized interests within the realm of family therapy, including but not limited to stress management, trauma recovery, and relationship counseling.

Qualifications

• Active and valid marriage and family therapist licensure (LMFT) in Washington State.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in both individual and couples therapy.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is highly valued.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital health tools.
• Previous roles in community health settings or clinics are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

LifeStance Health offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition to competitive salaries, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
