This position is structured as a remote role, allowing you the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your own space, while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain open lines of communication with direct care staff, families, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Prepare and provide a tentative schedule to supervisors detailing appointments, home visits, and other engagements to effectively monitor client progress.
\n
• Coordinate and facilitate home visits to collect in-depth information through observation and interviews.
\n
• Ensure that treatment plans are executed effectively, calling attention to any necessary adjustments or changes.
\n
• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and sharing important updates regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes succinctly to track client development and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Organize training and mentorship for staff to enhance their competencies in implementing treatment plans and documentation protocols.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews, home visits, and observational assessments to adapt care based on changing client needs.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community while advocating for the development of program goals.

• Assist with the creation and refinement of training materials to bolster programs for individual support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth who are facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will have the chance to specialize in family therapy or couples therapy within your practice, ensuring that your interventions address the emotional and relational aspects of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• You must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling environment is mandatory, demonstrating depth in direct patient care.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-focused care is highly desired.

• Familiarity with legal and ethical standards relevant to clinical practice is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Team collaboration skills that facilitate cooperation within a healthcare setting.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies is important for documenting patient interactions and progress efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with varied demographics, especially children and adolescents, is preferred. Additionally, candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care or evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will find themselves well-suited for this role.
