Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and determine discharge readiness as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and actively monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate effective treatment strategies tailored to their unique situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide variety of clients, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
