Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver various modalities of individual therapy tailored to foster personal growth and well-being, ensuring the highest standard of ethical practice.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring and assessing their progress toward these goals.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate client accessibility needs, ensuring that quality care is reachable for all clients.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to continue enhancing therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their lives by providing the necessary tools and support to help them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in Oregon as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW .
\n
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated ability in building rapport with clients, displaying empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy modalities and familiarity with virtual care platforms.

• Previous work in community health settings or similar environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
