Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, followed by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Providing case management, advocacy, and resource linkages to ensure clients have access to necessary services.
\n
• Engaging in telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to support clients on their mental health journeys.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular team meetings and sharing insights to improve care coordination and client outcomes.
\n
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards, while ensuring cultural competency when working with clients from varied socioeconomic, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds.

• Participating in rotation for after-hour on-call services, and providing coverage during weekends and holidays as necessary.

• Completing ongoing training and supervision to fulfill licensing requirements and agency standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, and substance addiction disorders. Our diverse patient population includes varied demographic backgrounds, and your role will involve customizing therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in community mental health, particularly in telehealth settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).

Compensation and Benefits\n
