Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible and supportive remote work setting, combining telehealth options with our outpatient office structure. The standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and establish rapport.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to achieve individual client goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation to track patient progress and communication according to organizational standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Stay updated with current best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional training and development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals of diverse backgrounds seeking help for various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms and provide culturally competent care that recognizes and respects their diverse experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least two years of clinical experience working with clients in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
