Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' strengths and limitations, utilizing tools like functional performance tests and mobility assessments.
• Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving functional mobility, strength, and overall well-being based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Administer hands-on therapy, employing a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patients' progress through regular evaluations, modifying treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, appropriate home exercise programs, and lifestyle changes to promote ongoing health and wellness.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will work with a diverse patient population, from post-operative orthopedic cases to patients with chronic pain and neurologic disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
