Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work onsite within our comprehensive rehabilitation facility. During weekdays, you will engage in 40-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, ensuring that our clients benefit from consistent and ongoing support in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing personalized treatment plans that promote healing and recovery.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions for patients specializing in diverse areas including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Provide patients with precise therapeutic care in their homes when necessary, utilizing evidence-based techniques to enhance function and mobility as outlined by their physicians.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and open communication with patients, contributing to an effective and supportive rehabilitation experience.
• Work collaboratively with a broader clinical team to monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Actively educate patients and their caregivers on treatment procedures, encouraging their participation in the therapeutic process.
• Meet metrics for service delivery that align with our operational goals and commitment to patient care excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a wide array of patients at different stages of recovery. From children recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic pain, you will provide targeted interventions that meet specific rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from a recognized entity such as the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for patient education and teamwork.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, seminars, and continued education related to physical therapy.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
