Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, including risk assessment and treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, employing a wide range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, maintaining open lines of communication and tracking their progress through regular check-ins and updated treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering timely support and therapeutic interventions to individuals facing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
