Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring therapeutic approaches to address the unique goals of individuals, families, and groups.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to effectively engage and support clients.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and various healthcare professionals to coordinate a holistic treatment approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

• Provide vital crisis intervention services to clients facing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies to ensure safety and wellbeing.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness, aiming to educate the public and reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes serving diverse populations, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent, active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and empathy in working with diverse populations, understanding the importance of cultural factors in therapeutic relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring all client documentation is maintained accurately and promptly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
