Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify specific needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to address individual mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions and culturally responsive techniques to help clients make progress toward their goals.

• Offer referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and comply with healthcare regulations.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries, ensuring confidentiality and respectful communication with all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inter Care Therapy Counseling Center, you will interact with a diverse range of clients of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. You will provide therapeutic support to individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges, ensuring each client receives culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to work with diverse patient populations and various mental health conditions.

• An understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, mental health disorders, and cultural dimensions of therapy.

• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
