Executive Sous Chef: Lead a From-Scratch Kitchen in DC

Clyde's Restaurant Group

Clyde's of Georgetown, part of Clyde's Restaurant Group, is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our busy from-scratch American kitchen. You will work side by side with the Executive Chef, lead the team, and ensure quality and consistency in a high-volume setting. As second in command, you will help run the kitchen, manage schedules, and ensure safety and sanitation across all stations. With 3+ years as a Sous Chef and strong leadership, you will train staff, develop menus, and uphold our #J-18808-Ljbffr Clyde's Restaurant Group
