Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients, using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy strategies.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, adapting interventions based on their specific challenges and dynamics.
• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, promoting communal support and awareness.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to patients facing acute mental health crises.
• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between various treatment modalities.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health treatment and integrate new findings into practice to enhance patient care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and clinical assessments in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
