This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting from the comfort of your own home. You will engage in one-on-one video sessions with clients, using our state-of-the-art therapeutic platform to conduct therapy. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting personalized video therapy sessions to provide mental health support and guidance.

• Fostering an open environment for clients by encouraging discussions about their emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

• Advocating for clients’ needs and collaborating to set realistic, achievable mental health goals.

• Assessing client mental health conditions using standardized assessment tools and creating individualized treatment plans based on identified needs.

• Implementing solution-focused interventions that leverage your clinical expertise to facilitate client progress.

• Continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcome evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking to improve their quality of life. Your focus will be on understanding the unique challenges and experiences of each client, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, and developing strategies that empower them to cope with life’s difficulties effectively.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapeutic platform and maintain client documentation securely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
