Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Motion Rehab Center, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients in their homes, focusing on their current capabilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the needs of each patient, utilizing methods such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Reevaluating patients regularly to redefine therapeutic goals based on their progress and changing needs.
• Providing education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on proper techniques and the use of assistive devices to enhance recovery and foster independence.
• Maintaining up-to-date professional knowledge and skills through workshops, continuing education, and professional affiliations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to older adults, addressing a variety of physical therapy needs, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and chronic pain management. Your ability to tailor treatment strategies to the individual patient's lifestyle and environment is crucial in achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy, ensuring a strong foundation in rehabilitation practices.
• State licensure for Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.

• Proficiency in electronic documentation and familiarity with related software.
