Work Environment

This full-time position necessitates an onsite presence as our therapies are delivered within the patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, pain levels, and functional limitations, customizing treatment to their unique conditions.
• Create detailed, individualized treatment plans focusing on restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall physical function.
• Utilize a wide array of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, as well as tools like ultrasound and electrical stimulation to promote recovery.
• Provide education and empower patients on self-management strategies, including injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and effective home exercise routines.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with orthopedic specialists and the broader healthcare team to ensure seamless, coordinated, and patient-focused care.
• Document and track patient progress accurately, adapting treatment plans as warranted based on the evolving needs of each patient.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical record-keeping standards in alignment with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy, preferably within outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programs, and patient education methods.

Preferred Experience
