Think entrepreneurial energy with enterprise-level stability. The Role They're looking for a hungry, curious Sales Development Representative to join their Sales & Marketing team. You'll be the engine behind pipeline growth - identifying prospects, sparking conversations, and turning outreach into real opportunities. You'll work directly with Account Executives and Sales leadership, and you won't be shy about picking up the phone to talk to a C-suite exec. What You'll Do Build and develop account profiles and business opportunities through proactive outbound activity Research prospects, nurture relationships through calls and emails, and book meaningful sales meetings Qualify leads and map out key contacts across target markets and companies Drive outbound opportunity development as part of broader marketing campaigns Keep Salesforce clean, current, and accurate Hit (and beat) monthly quotas for qualified opportunities Become a genuine expert on the full product suite, industry trends, and competitive landscape Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, operations, and legal teams Attend conferences and represent the company in the field What You Bring Must-haves Completed bachelor's degree in business Internship experience in a related field Proficiency across MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, conferences, and team events You're the right fit if you're Tenacious, persuasive, and resourceful Driven by measurable results - you love seeing the scoreboard Equally comfortable working solo and as part of a team Calm and professional in ambiguous situations A proactive communicator who sweats the small stuff (in the best way) Always looking to learn - independently and through formal training 1+ year of relevant work experience Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams Location Remote-friendly, with travel to offices in the Brookfield, WI and Chicago, IL areas as needed, plus nationwide travel for meetings, conferences, and team events. Compensation $54,900 - $119,830 depending on location and experience.
