Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to track patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will engage with patients of all ages, with a particular focus on providing culturally competent care that recognizes the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada, demonstrating your professional status and ability to practice independently.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with the flexibility to adapt techniques to meet diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling you to build rapport with patients and navigate complex situations effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally with a focus on providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits
