Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, utilizing a variety of assessment tools.
• Creating individualized treatment plans based on your assessments and physicians' orders, setting clear goals to track patient progress.
• Administering therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and education aimed at improving patients' mobility and strength.
• Maintaining meticulous records of patient care, documenting evaluations, treatment plans, charges, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, promoting a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Regularly assessing treatment efficacy and making adjustments to therapy plans based on patients' responses and progress.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, discussing treatment strategies and outcomes to optimize recovery.
• Participating in continuing education and professional development to stay current in advancements in rehabilitation practices.

Qualifications
