Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans using a client-centered approach.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, employing effective de-escalation tactics and safety planning measures.

• Maintain compliant and comprehensive client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
