Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather patient history, understand unique experiences, and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques—tailored specifically to each patient’s cultural, personal, and psychological needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, helping clients navigate challenges and foster resilience in a supportive space.

• Work in harmony with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to craft an integrated care approach, ensuring all aspects of the patient’s mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support patients during emergencies, employing quick thinking and de-escalation techniques.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic processes, and available resources in the community to enhance understanding and engagement.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
