Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate client mental health needs, strengths, and challenges. For example, you will assess the acuity of symptoms and create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical evaluations.

• Utilize culturally sensitive and family-centered approaches in developing treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client. This includes delivering services such as individual and family counseling tailored to specific needs.

• Implement trauma-informed practices in all interactions to promote safety, empowerment, and recovery-oriented care.

• Cooperate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and service coordination units to ensure comprehensive support for clients, attending regular virtual staff meetings to discuss cases and share insights.

• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, ensuring all records are in alignment with program regulatory standards.

• Manage a designated case load of clients, providing crisis intervention and follow-up as needed, with the goal of fostering resilience and promoting positive outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
