This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging actively with clients and team members through our secure telehealth platforms. The full-time schedule consists of an average of 40 hours per week, with flexibility in hours to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Create, organize, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment plans for clients struggling with acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments during virtual sessions and participate in team meetings to develop appropriate treatment strategies.
\n
• Provide various modalities of psychotherapy, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, tailored to client diverse perspectives.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and medication schedules, ensuring they understand and can actively participate in their care.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment updates, intake summaries, and compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to evaluate the need for psychiatric medications and refer clients as necessary.

• Supervise post-master's fellows and associate therapists if qualified, providing guidance and mentorship as they develop their skills.

• Utilize community resources to meet clients' needs, including referrals to relevant services, and participate in department program evaluation and development.

• Report any safety risks to mandated agencies while maintaining ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active California licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
