Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed outpatient mental health evaluations to assess the psychological needs and challenges of clients, delivering tailored treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices.

• Foster meaningful connections with individuals and families, providing personalized therapy sessions that prioritize each client's unique context and experiences.

• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with our Lead Psychologist, contributing to the development of comprehensive care strategies for complex cases.

• Document all interactions and treatment planning, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines, state regulations, and organizational policies.

• Utilize family systems approaches and recovery-focused methodologies to enhance the therapeutic experience, placing significant emphasis on patient-centered care.

• Assist with discharge planning and aftercare coordination, ensuring that clients have the resources they need to maintain progress post-treatment.

• Engage in occasional outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and accessibility within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate empathy and understanding effectively.

• Demonstrated experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience level.
