Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients through a telehealth platform. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive virtual team that values mental health and well-being, both for our patients and our staff. While our working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather insights into each patient's unique circumstances and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that foster a safe environment for open communication and support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address common issues like anxiety and depression, promoting community and peer support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care and ensure coordinated treatment strategies for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-stress scenarios, ensuring timely assistance and guidance.

• Educate clients on managing their mental health conditions and navigating available community resources.

• Maintain secure and accurate documentation of patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide care for a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use challenges. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, and your empathetic approach will help foster trust and openness. By understanding and responding to the nuances of diverse populations, you will help each individual embark on their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong foundation in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Proficiency in delivering therapy to both individuals and groups, with a keen understanding of cultural sensitivity.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and effective use of technological tools in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this role is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
