You will work in our state-of-the-art outpatient facility located in the beautiful city of Naples, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, utilizing relevant medical history and performance assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate assessment findings and treatment recommendations clearly to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that address the specific needs of each patient while adapting to changes in their health status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and timely interventions.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and daily encounter notes to support continuity of care.
• Manage time effectively, ensuring that productivity expectations are met while maintaining high standards of care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing activities to raise awareness of available services and the importance of rehabilitation.
• Take an active role in department initiatives, contributing to the development and achievement of established performance goals.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development opportunities, serving as a mentor to clinical students when applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve include individuals recovering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that each patient receives personalized care aimed at optimizing recovery and improving functional mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, adhering to Florida regulations.
• American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, any clinical experience within an orthopedic setting would be beneficial.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
