Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual mental health counseling through secure video sessions, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults who present various mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life adjustments. Clients typically seek support for everyday issues, so you'll be utilizing therapeutic techniques that help them develop proactive solutions and long-term skills for managing their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• A current and valid license to practice independently in Washington State, specifically one of the following: LMFT , LMHC , or LICSW .

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing a natural empathetic approach.

• Proficient computer literacy, with experience in utilizing digital platforms for delivering therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.

• Comfort with technology and online therapy platforms is an advantage, as you will be facilitating sessions remotely.

• Experience with low-acuity populations and understanding of solution-focused or cognitive behavioral modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your compensation will reflect your expertise and commitment, falling within a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually , depending on your experience and hours worked. Additionally, you will benefit from a sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and convenient weekly direct deposits to streamline your compensation process.
