Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs and substance abuse history, establishing a baseline for their care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate and support clients' families, involving them in the treatment process to enhance recovery outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with pre-screened, stable clients who present with low acuity mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
