Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to execute therapeutic sessions with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop actionable treatment plans.

• Provide graduate-level clinical interventions, emphasizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various mental health issues.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary meetings, documenting and communicating findings and care plans with staff to ensure continuity of care.

• Demonstrate proficiency in addressing the physical, psychological, social, and safety needs of patients, adapting your approach as needed based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate case management duties, collaborating with community professionals and resources to provide well-rounded support for assigned patients.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of documentation as required by departmental standards, enhancing the accuracy of patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your role will be to foster a safe environment for these individuals, guiding them through their therapeutic journey with empathy and respect.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Willingness to commit to working 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation efficiently. Candidates with experience in crisis intervention and culturally competent practices will be favored.
