Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, examining medical histories and physical conditions to devise personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Communicate findings from evaluations and proposed treatment strategies transparently to patients and their families, fostering partnership in goal-setting.
• Cultivate proficiency in implementing treatment protocols tailored to each patient's evaluation results, staying agile to adapt methods as their needs evolve.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to refine patient care approaches, ensuring comprehensive support and timely interventions.
• Document all patient-related activities consistently, including evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage your schedule and workload effectively to meet established productivity expectations while actively participating in community outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental goals while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Pursue continual professional development opportunities to enhance your skills, and mentor aspiring physical therapists.
• Advocate for patient access and a positive healthcare experience, engaging in initiatives aimed at removing barriers to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with patients recovering from various musculoskeletal issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient demographic includes adolescents, adults, and seniors, necessitating a compassionate and tailored approach to care that respects the unique challenges each group faces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Certification in CPR by the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient outpatient services is preferred.
• Experience with a diverse patient population is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
