Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients, evaluating their physical condition and discussing medical history to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement short- and long-term rehabilitation goals using a variety of techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality interventions aimed at pain relief and functional improvement.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all treatments, responses, and outcomes are recorded in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Regularly reassess treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to therapy goals and strategies based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Demonstrate and educate patients, their families, and caregivers on effective use of assistive devices and therapeutic exercises to maximize recovery at home.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with Physical Therapy practices, enhancing skills and knowledge for better patient care.

Qualifications
