Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health status through in-depth interviews and standardized evaluation tools, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Create customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic frameworks.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, if applicable, group therapy with a primary focus on client empowerment, offering coping strategies and resources to navigate their mental health challenges.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring that any medication treatments or referrals are seamlessly integrated into the overall therapeutic strategy.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals facing issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will utilize your expertise to engage with various populations, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that respects their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, advanced therapeutic techniques, and cultural competency in treatment.

• Proven skill in providing crisis intervention and the ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster connection with a broad client base.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
