Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology to engage with clients. Your work environment will be both professional and adaptable, designed to support your productivity and client interactions from the comfort of your home. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, in adherence to clinic policies and regulations.
• Facilitate weekly individual counseling sessions, providing support and interventions rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and address any additional client needs.
• Engage in continuous learning and maintain a growth mindset, incorporating feedback and evolving best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPCC role at Mind Cache Clinic encompasses a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients seek services for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPCC license.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive intake assessments comfortably.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health issues.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual patient engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
