Work Environment This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing therapists to focus on their clients without the distractions of a typical office setting. Our outpatient model means that you will engage directly with clients through telehealth sessions, ensuring that they receive high-quality care wherever they are. Our team collaborates using various digital tools to maintain effective communication and coordination of care. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ issues and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s needs. Participate in or facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and enhance therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and community organizations to enact comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic support for clients. Engage in psychotherapy sessions, using evidence-based practices alongside case management to provide effectively coordinated care. Facilitate educational workshops for clients and their families to elucidate the emotional and social factors affecting mental health. Research and evaluate new therapeutic techniques to address various emotional and environmental challenges faced by clients. Make referrals to additional support services as necessary, ensuring that clients have access to a full range of resources. Document all interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner to maintain regulatory compliance and support case continuity. Provide intensive counseling and psychotherapy to clients including their families, addressing complex dynamics and interventions. Patient Population / Client Focus Your expertise will focus on a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. You will play a vital role in helping individuals manage mental health disorders, navigate substance use issues, and enhance family relationships. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and create a safe space for client interactions. A strong background in interpreting clinical data and effectively communicating complex concepts to clients and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and case records efficiently. Superb communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients. Preferred Experience Prior experience in community-based mental health settings is highly desirable. Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy. Familiarity using teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document services. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
