Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, aligning with the increasing demand for accessible mental health services via telehealth. Our innovative practice model is designed to adapt to the needs of our patients while promoting the well-being of our clinicians. With flexible scheduling designed to accommodate various lifestyles, we offer extended hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, to ensure our services are available when patients need them most. We also provide a variety of clinical tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories and design effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies focused on trauma recovery, emphasizing resilience-building techniques.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that encourage emotional processing, coping strategy development, and overall healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other practitioners, to create a holistic care approach for patients.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective responses.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development centered on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continually enhance treatment quality.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually.
