Orthopedic Physical Therapist - Full-Time in Rehabilitation Center

Performance Enhancement Physical Therapy in Marlboro, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will provide specialized care in an orthopedic outpatient setting, focusing on enhancing patient mobility, strength, and overall function. Work Environment

The clinic offers a collaborative and friendly atmosphere where teamwork is essential. You will work onsite during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments to adult patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual mobility, strength, and functional goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Offer patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients between the ages of 40 and 65, many of whom may be managing chronic pain or recovering from orthopedic surgeries or injuries. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's Degree preferred.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Exceptional communication and clinical skills, with a focus on patient engagement and education.
• A commitment to staying current with best practices in physical therapy and patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
• Prior experience in orthopedic rehabilitation will be viewed favorably, though not a strict requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

Performance Enhancement Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
