Trauma-Informed Youth Counselor

Shiloh House in Colorado is seeking Mental Health Counselors to work with at‑risk youth (ages 7–18) in a structured, team‑based residential setting. You will provide direct supervision, collaborate with clinicians and educators, and help youth develop coping skills and safety plans. You will maintain firm boundaries, use de‑escalation techniques, perform room and safety checks, and participate in team trainings and documentation to support trauma-informed care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shiloh House
