Impact Centers Care Solutions invites a compassionate and skilled Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time position, you will leverage evidence-based practices to provide impactful mental health care to adult clients. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other innovative therapeutic approaches, all while working from the comfort of your own home.

Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position based out of Islip, New York, allowing you the flexibility to create a balanced work-life dynamic. You will have the benefit of collaborating with a supportive and knowledgeable team without the constraints of a traditional office. Enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular, evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing with individual adult clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment objectives.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Utilize tools for monitoring client progress, including automatically administered self-assessments and symptom checklists to adjust treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Participate in weekly clinical consultations with leadership for professional guidance and to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans efficiently using our integrated Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role involves working primarily with adults facing various mental health disorders. You will be tasked with developing personalized treatment plans to assist clients in realizing their therapeutic goals. Clients may include those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. You will be expected to create a safe and non-judgmental environment, fostering trust and openness during sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, or counseling, accompanied by valid credentials (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience providing quality mental health services with a focus on adults, incorporating evidence-based methodologies into practice.

• A minimum of two years of recent experience working independently as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of diverse mental health conditions and commitment to culturally responsive care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with high-risk populations, particularly adults dealing with severe mental health issues or crises.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and telehealth platforms to enhance care delivery and client engagement.

• Two years of focused experience on cognitive behavioral therapy and related evidence-based treatments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience.
