Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive and safe environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care and clinical excellence.

• Participate in continued education and professional development workshops to stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children to adults, encompassing diverse backgrounds and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
