Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through telehealth platforms, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that resonate with clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide coordinated care and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards.

• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health to ensure the delivery of evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities that best fit the client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Triage client concerns and manage time effectively within a high caseload volume to ensure high-quality services are consistently delivered.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and the caseload you manage.
