Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories, mental health conditions, and personal circumstances.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction disorders and co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring alignment with each client’s recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to guarantee integrated and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Currently holding a valid license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
