Position Overview

Trails Rehabilitation & Wellness Pro is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Culpeper, Virginia. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physical therapist to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing top-notch care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries. The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience and credentials.

Work Environment

You will work onsite in Culpeper, Virginia, at our vibrant Rehabilitation Center. We maintain a collaborative atmosphere that encourages open communication and cooperation among our healthcare professionals. Our work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a supportive work-life balance while ensuring consistent patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans addressing their specific needs.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols based on clinical evaluations, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific evaluations to formulate recommendations.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining clear records that include initial evaluations, treatment protocols, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive services.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to remain compliant with all corporate, clinical, and regulatory standards within our evolving healthcare environment.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives, participating in discussions aimed at eliminating barriers to access and enhancing the patient experience.
• Attend facility meetings and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere that prioritizes patient safety and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists primarily treat patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You'll provide effective therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. Your contributions will directly impact their recovery journey and the overall health of our community.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in using evidence-based practice approaches to rehabilitative care.
