Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients through detailed assessments regarding their physical conditions, functional limitations, and potential for improvement.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with physician directives and patient goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and required records to track progress and support billing processes.
• Supervise the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring alignment with treatment goals and patient care standards.

• Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to facilitate optimal outcomes.
