Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive assessments to understand client needs, identifying unique challenges and strengths.

• Develop individualized therapy plans aimed at empowering clients to build resilience, improve coping skills, and enhance their overall quality of life.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities in your sessions, tailoring approaches to best fit the needs of each client.

• Design and implement crisis management strategies, including safety assessments, relapse prevention techniques, and recovery plans that support client autonomy.

• Document progress and treatment plans using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our goal is to offer inclusive, affirming care that respects and celebrates each client’s unique background and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current and valid Virginia license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong ability to empathize and communicate with clients from varied backgrounds, demonstrating sensitivity to their unique situations.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport easily and effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
