We offer a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked, along with a sign-on bonus.

If you choose a full-time schedule, you will be expected to dedicate over 30 hours per week, while part-time options of over 5 hours per week are also available. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Conduct continuous assessments to gauge client progress and refine treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs.

• Assist clients in understanding and developing new coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and communication techniques to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

• Engage in timely follow-up communications to monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans with minimal administrative burden, allowing for more time focused on direct patient care.

This role will primarily support adults dealing with stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure continuous client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings or familiarity working with diverse populations would be advantageous.
