Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy. Engage in ongoing collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care and improved client outcomes. Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practices. Participate in continued education and training, staying current with advancements in mental health practices to enhance service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, substance use, depression, and interpersonal relationship issues. Your role will play a critical part in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while guiding them through their therapeutic journeys. Qualifications Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of California. Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a clinical or community health setting. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds. A thorough understanding of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to counseling practices. Preferred Experience Specialization in trauma recovery, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on caseload and experience.
