Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic methods, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and physical modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly track, document, and communicate patients' treatment progress, ensuring accurate records for ongoing care management.
• Continuously reassess and refine treatment goals in coordination with patients to adapt strategies based on their evolving needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and best practices for recovery outside of treatment sessions.
• Engage in professional development activities such as workshops and networking to maintain knowledge of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
