Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-V criteria.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals, fostering progress through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a diverse array of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring a safe and constructive therapeutic environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
